We want you to be happy with the products and service you receive. And we also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. But, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; however we do offer refunds if you are not satisfied with the product.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product. Please send us a photo.
Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card or Paypal account used at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
