Our Return Policy
We want you to be happy with the products and service you receive. And we also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. But, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; however we do offer refunds if you are not satisfied with the product.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email email@example.com within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product. Please send us a photo.
Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card or Paypal account used at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.

How we process you order?All orders are manage as First In First Out. Once the order is process we send you an email with a notification. We have two options: Shipping & free Pick Up

Pick up option: Once we process your order and notify you, you have up to 72 hours to schedule the pick up of your order.
We only accept Payments online via PayPal and Credit Cards. We do NOT accept Personal Checks or Money Orders.
If you want to use other method of Payment like ATH Móvil App follow the instructions at the end of the shopping cart.
We are only shipping to all Puerto Rico & United States with United States Postal Services (USPS). Other Countries please inquier us prior to placing an order.
If your order weight less than 13 onces, shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. If your order weight more than 13 onces we use the shipping Flat Rate.
Our webpage calculate it automatically when you place your order. When using Flat Rate you recieved your order in 2-3 days after we ship them. We will send you an email with your tracking number.
Return Policy: Every sale is final. We do not accept returns once the package is opened because of the nature of our products. If we process your order incorrectly, we will take care of the shipping charges when we make the correction. If an order is returned because the customer made a mistake on the address or the address is incomplete, the customer will have to pay the shipping expenses when the address is corrected.
Allergies: It is the responsability of the user of our products to make sure they are not allergic to them. Please test the soap or any product on a small part of your arm prior to using it all over. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients.
Artisan Products: Since our products are all handmade, please expect slighly differences in each lot.
Privacy: Information provided to us by our customers will always be kept confidential. We do keep your email address for sending you information about Arinay.
